By booking this property, guests agree to the following terms and conditions:
* The registered guest making the reservation must be present during the stay and is responsible for all occupants and visitors.
* Guests agree to treat the property, furnishings, and building amenities with care and respect.
* Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, stains, smoking odors, or violations caused by guests or their visitors may result in additional charges through the booking platform.
* Unauthorized parties, events, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
* Guests are responsible for complying with all condominium bylaws, building rules, occupancy limits, and local regulations during their stay.
* Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and illegal activities are not permitted anywhere inside the unit or building common areas unless specifically allowed.
* The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss of personal belongings, valuables, or personal inconvenience during the stay, except where required by applicable law.
* Guests should immediately report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns during the stay.
* Any fines, penalties, building charges, or additional fees caused by guest actions or violations will be the responsibility of the guest.
* Guests agree to use the property and building amenities at their own risk.
### Service Interruptions & Unforeseen Circumstances
While the host will make reasonable efforts to maintain the property in proper working condition, the host cannot guarantee against temporary interruptions or issues outside of the host’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:
* Power outages
* Water interruptions
* Internet or cable disruptions
* Elevator outages
* Building maintenance issues
* HVAC or central air conditioning failures
* Appliance malfunctions
* Construction noise
* Municipal or utility service disruptions
* Weather-related events or emergencies
The host is not liable for temporary interruptions, inconvenience, discomfort, or circumstances beyond the host’s reasonable control. However, reasonable efforts will be made to address reported issues as quickly as possible during the stay.
### Reporting Issues During Stay
Guests agree to notify the host promptly of any issue, concern, or dissatisfaction during their stay and allow a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be addressed.
Refund requests or compensation claims related to conditions that were not reported to the host during the stay, or until after checkout, may not be considered. The host cannot be held responsible for issues that were not communicated in a timely manner or where reasonable access and opportunity to resolve the matter was not provided.
By completing the reservation, guests acknowledge and accept these terms as part of their stay agreement.
